GUIDELINES FOR SCANNING AND UPLOAD THE PHOTOGRAPH & SIGNATURE तस्वीर और हस्ताक्षर को स्कैनिंग तथा अपलोड करने के दिशानिर्देश

• Before applying online applicants will be required to have a scanned (digital) image of his/her Photograph and Pan Card as per the specifications given below. ऑनलाइन आवेदकों आवेदन करने से पहले नीचे दिए गए विनिर्देशों के अनुसार अपना/अपनी तस्वीर और पैन कार्ड की स्कैन (डिजिटल) छवि की आवश्यकता होगी .
• Photograph Image: तस्वीर छवि:
  • Photograph must be a recent passport style colour picture. तस्वीर हाल ही में ली गय़ी एक पासपोर्ट शैली रंगीन चित्र होना चाहिए |
  • Make sure that the picture is in colour, taken against a light-coloured, preferably white, background. ये सुनिश्चित करें कि तस्वीर रंगीन हो, पृष्ठभूमि एक हल्के रंग, अधिमानतः सफेद, के खिलाफ लिया गया हो.
  • Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face सुकून चेहरे के साथ कैमरे पर सीधे देखे|
  • If you have to use flash, ensure there's no "red-eye". य़दि आप फ्लैश का उपयोग कर रहे है, तो सुनिश्चित करॆं कोई "लाल आँख" ना हो|
  • If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen.यदि आप चश्मा पहनते हैं, तो सुनिश्चित करॆं आप की आँखों को स्पष्ट रूप से देखा जा सकता है और कोइ प्रतिबिंब ना हो|
  • Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious head wear is allowed but it must not cover your face. टोपियां,हैट और काला चश्मा स्वीकार्य नहीं हैं| धार्मिक सिर का पहनावा पहनने की अनुमति दी है, लेकिन यह आपके चेहरे को कवर नहीं करना चाहिए|
  • Dimensions 144 x 144 pixels आयाम 144 x 144 पिक्सल (preferred)|
  • Size of the file should be between 20kb-50kb. फ़ाइल का आकार 20kb-50kb के बीच होना चाहिए|
  • Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50KB. If the size of the file is more than 50 KB, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no. of colours etc., during the process of scanning. सुनिश्चित करें स्कैन की गई छवि का आकार 50KB से अधिक ना हो| य़दि फाइल का आकार 50KB से अधिक है, तो स्कैनिंग की प्रक्रिया के दौरान स्कैनर की सेटिंग्स जैसे डीपीआई संकल्प,रंगों आदि को समायोजित करॆं|
• Pan Card पैन कार्ड:
  • Dimensions 300 x 150 pixels आयाम 300 x 150 पिक्सल|(preferred)
  • Size of the file should be between 40kb - 80kb. फ़ाइल के आकार 40kb-80kb के बीच होना चाहिए|
  • Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 80kb. सुनिश्चित करें स्कैन की गई छवि का आकार 80kb से अधिक ना हो|
• Scanning the photograph & Pan Card फोटोग्राफ व पैन कार्ड स्कैनिंग:
  • Set the scanner resolution to a minimum of 200 dpi (dots per inch). स्कैनर को न्यूनतम 200 डीपीआई(बिंदु प्रति इंच) में सेट करॆं|
  • Set the Color to True Color कलर कि ट्रू कलर में सेट करें।
  • File Size as specified above फ़ाइल का आकार ऊपर निर्देश के अनुसार हो|
  • The image file should be JPG or JPEG format. An example file name is: image01.jpg or image01.jpeg Image dimensions can be checked by listing the folder files or moving the mouse over the file image icon. छवि फ़ाइल JPG या JPEG प्रारूप होना चाहिए |(आप अपने छवि का आयाम, फ़ाइल छवि आइकन पर माउस ले जाकर जाँच कर सकते हैं|)
  • Candidates using MS Windows/ MSOffice can easily obtain photo and signature in .jpeg format not exceeding 50KB/80KB(for Pan Card) & 1KB(for Pan Card) respectively by using MS Paint or MSOffice Picture Manager. Scanned photograph and signature in any format can be saved in .jpg format by using 'Save As' option in the File menu and size can be reduced below 50KB(photograph) & 80KB(Pan Card) by using crop and then resize option (Please see point (i) & (ii) above for the pixel size) in the 'Image' menu. Similar options are available in other photo editor also. एमएस विंडोज़/एमएस ऑफिस का उपयोग कर आवेदक आसानी से JPEG प्रारूप में फोटो और पैन कार्ड छवि प्राप्त कर सकते हैं और फ़ाइल के आकार 1kb/1KB(for Pan Card)-50kb/80KB(for Pan Card) करने के लिए एमएस पेंट/एमएस माइक्रोसॉफ्ट ऑफिस मेनेजर का उपयोग कर सकते हैं. किसी भी प्रारूप में स्कैन कि गई तस्वीर और पैन कार्ड फ़ाइल को JPEG प्रारूप  में सेव करने क लिए फ़ाइल मेनू विकल्प में'सेव एस'का उपयोग करे, और आकार कम करने के लिए 'क्रॉप' और 'रिसाइज' का उपयोग करे|
  • If the file size and format are not as prescribed, an error message will be displayed. फ़ाइल का आकार और प्रारूप के रूप य़दि निर्धारित नहीं हैं, तो एक त्रुटि संदेश प्रदर्शित होगा|
  • While filling in the Online Application Form the applicant will be provided with a link to upload his/her photograph and pancard. ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरते समय आवेदकों को फोटोग्राफ और हस्ताक्षर अपलोड करने के लिए एक लिंक उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा|
• Procedure for Uploading the Photograph and Signature: तस्वीर और पैन कार्ड अपलोड करने के लिए प्रक्रिया:
  • There will be two separate links for uploading Photograph and Signature. तस्वीर और पैन कार्ड अपलोड करने के लिए दो अलग अलग लिंक दी जाएगी |
  • Click on the respective link "Upload Photograph / Pan Card". संबंधित लिंक "अपलोड तस्वीर / पैन कार्ड" पर क्लिक करें|
  • Browse & select the location where the scanned Photo / Pancard file has been saved. ब्राउज़ और चयन करें अपने स्कैन फोटो/पैन कार्ड फ़ाइल को |
  • Select the file by clicking on it. उस पर क्लिक करके फ़ाइल का चयन करें|
  • Click the 'Open/Upload' button 'ओपन/अपलोड' बटन पर क्लिक करें |
  • Your Online Application will not be registered unless you upload your photo and pancard as specified. ऑनलाइन आवेदन पंजीकृत नहीं किया जाएगा, य़दि आपका फोटो और पैन कार्ड ऊपर दिये गए निर्देशो के अनुसार अपलोड नहीं होगा तो|

(a) In case the face in the photograph or pancard  is unclear then applicant's application may be rejected. After uploading the photograph/ pancard in the online application form applicants should check that the images are clear and have been uploaded correctly. In case the photograph or pancard is not prominently visible, the candidate may edit his/ her application and re-upload his/ her photograph or pancard, prior to submitting the form and making payment.य़दि तस्वीर या पैन कार्ड स्पष्ट नहीं है, आवेदक के आवेदन को खारिज कर दिया जा जाएगा| तस्वीर/पैन कार्ड अपलोड करने के बाद, आवेदक छवियों की जांच कर करे, छविय़ाँ स्पष्ट होना चाहिए| य़दि तस्वीर या पैन कार्ड दिखाई नहीं दे रहा है, आवेदक आवेदन को ऑनलाइन जमा करने तथा पेमेंट करने से पहले सुधार कर सकता है और फिर से तस्वीर या पैन कार्ड अपलोड कर सकता है |

(b) After registering online candidates are advised to take a printout of their system generated online application forms. सफलतापूर्वक ऑनलाइन फॉर्म जमा करने के पश्चात् आवेदकों को सलाह है की वे सिस्टम उत्पन्न ऑनलाइन आवेदन फॉर्म का प्रिंटआउट ले लेवे |
